Jill Cook Counselling helping people to find their own solutions
Supervision
In Supervision, counsellors and other professionals have the opportunity to explore their work and its impact on them.
Reflective Practice
The primary focus of a Reflective Practice arangement is to ensure that there is an opportunity for non clinical individuals to speak about their professional role, including its challenges and the emoional and psychological impact of the work which may contribute to a change in their wellbeing or performance.
I offer a free introductory 1 hour session where you can ask any questions and explore the possibilities of a working relationship with me. I also enjoy working with those from other theoretical orientations who wish to experience person centred supervision.
I offer Reflective Practice support to individuals or groups in a variety of contexts, including teachers, staff in small businesses and organisations where management of change can be difficult for some and charities.
Please contact me if you feel I might be able to offer support to your staff.
Supervision and Reflective practice can be face to face or on line.
