About me

I have worked as a counsellor for over 30 years in a variety of contexts including NHS, Universities and schools.I also offer Clinical Supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists and Reflective Practice to individuals or groups of non counselling professionals including teachers, health workers and customer facing staff in a variety of organisations.

I work from a person centred perspective (Diploma in Counselling University of Strathclyde 1995) and may include creative work if appropriate.

I work with a wide range of issues including grief and loss, life changes, relationship issues, stress (work and personal), self confidence, anxiety, self harm and self esteem.


Professional Memberships

I am a Registered Member of  British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an Accredited Member (MBACP  Accred) and an  Accredited Supervisor (of individuals). I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am subject to their complaints procedure.
